| ?Sunbonnet Sue in Colombia? could be another name for this quilt based on the colors of the Colombian flag, yet again an exercise in forcing myself to use a limited number of fabrics creatively. Another limitation was the lack of variety within the repeated design of the commercial fabric designed for use in children?s quilts. Just because something is ?cute? doesn?t mean even a young child won?t bore quickly seeing the same images over and over. |
